Fort Hays Tech | 365³Ô¹Ï²¿Âä is seeking a full-time faculty member to join our Welding program for the Fall 2025 semester. This program encompasses a combination of classroom, shop, and field teaching environments where students acquire the skills necessary to succeed in today’s welding industry.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of welding experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, equivalent experience could be evaluated. Previous teaching experience is not required, but is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Qualified applicants must be committed to student learning, integrating technology into the curriculum, and encouraging engaged scholars.
- Direct and evaluate the learning experience of the students in accordance with adopted curricula and approved procedures.
- Teach assigned classes in keeping with approved syllabi, outlines, and instructional materials.
- Attend train-the-trainer courses in accordance with Lincoln Electric and NC3.
- Engage in annual professional development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
